Utilities Customer Service Portal

This site provides access to the services provided to registered customers of Cherry Creek Village Water District

Hello Cherry Creek Residents,

To login and view your account or to pay your bill, you will need to use your account number and address number. Your account number can be found on your water bill. Your default password is your mailing address number. If you have a PO Box as your mailing address, use the password PO.


If you have never logged in before, the following examples provide guidance:

Payment Information

Processing fees are as follows: A 2.5% fee will be added for credit cards and a $2.50 fee for E-Checks. The District does not collect or receive any monies from this convenience fee. It is a processing fee charged by Point & Pay Inc. to provide this convenient service to you.

One time EFT payments are initiated on Friday's. If you schedule a one-time payment from your bank account, it will be processed on Friday.

Recurring autopayments are processed on the cycle's due date.

How to set up autopay:

Once logged in, select Billing Account Information, then on the blue bar select Recurring Payments. From here you can select Start Recurring EFT Payments. This will allow you to input your banks routing number and your account number.

To verify that autopay is active on your account: select Service Billing & Payments from the Home Page. To the far right, you'll see a check mark under Autopay when it is active.
