  • Hello Bellyache Ridge Residents,

    Your username is your account number. This will be a 3-digit number found on your utility statement.

    One time EFT payments are initiated on Friday's. If you schedule a one-time payment from your bank account, it will process on Friday.

    Recurring autopayments are processed on this cycle's due date.

  • How to set up autopay:

    Once logged in, select Billing Account Information, then on the blue bar select Recurring Payments. From here you can select Start Recurring EFT Payments. This will allow you to input your banks routing number and your account number.

    To verify that autopay is active on your account: select Service Billing & Payments from the Home Page. To the far right, you'll see a check mark under Autopay when it is active.

Your default password is the first portion of your mailing address. If you have never logged in before, the following examples provide guidance:
